Keep reading to find out if our next addition will be a boy or a girl!!!
On our way to the post-wedding "thank-you-for-helping" party- hosted by our good friends Tong wei & Rebecca.
Brick buildings in our city are rare. What a gorgeous complex! Like most things around, I bet it was AMAZING... in its day. Years later, things seem more abandoned and run-down. It's got potential!
Enough about the complex... Sara was at the door ready to greet us with a smile.
Mr. Spring and Caedmon being goof balls not letting Lily in the pic :)
Hadassah immediately fell in love with their "xiao bai gou" (little white dog).
And of course Augie found the ball!
Vivi usually tries to do anything Hadassah does. I'm not sure she's as much of an animal lover :).
These 2 are always trying to do what the statues are doing :).
Winter Blossoms
The guys battling it out on the court before dinner.
Away we row!
Cade's best friend Nate now has a baby sister! We finally got to meet sweet Nora Kate. So precious!
Big Eyes
No wonder noises were coming from Gus's room throughout his entire nap! Where even is the sheet??
Good thing you're cute!
Life with a 10 year old sister.
What's wrong with a daily manicure??
One morning, daddy stayed home with Olivet and August while I was at a homeschool meeting with the other kids. Olivet and Josh put together this princess poster. The entire time, Olivet proclaimed how much she loved doing this and how much I would love it! So presh!
Rosy Cheek Lil
Olivet thinking of what song to sing next.
With the cold weather, we haven't seen a bug for months! This week we are so so so thrilled it has been getting up to the high 60's during the day. Our homes no longer feel like an ice box!
Ready for an Adventure
Since it feels like we have been cooped up in our house for months, we decided to finally get out to a park on the first sunny Saturday.
Most of us got the flu the week leading up to this day. We were all good on Saturday, and then it hit again on Sunday! Hopefully it is finally past.
"Foreigners!"
"Come here and check out this view!"
G.I. Cade
Lately Lil and Cade have been suggesting lining up by age for pictures. I'm fine with that :).
It was hard to tell if there were more birds or more people at the park that day.
Creepy Pandas
After getting half way to the park on our 3 wheel bike we realized we forgot the stroller- oops! Oh well! I guess Brody will have to walk! He didn't mind.
Dass in front of a big rock
Hard to see- but this lady was writing out Chinese characters with a long brush and a cup of water. Her handwriting was beautiful.
A milk & yogurt company advertising with Angry Birds. Interesting.
Twins on the Merry-go-round
Hold on tight!
We let the kids each have one ride. It was hard to choose for Cade, until he saw the bumper cars.
This activity was pretty awesome. There were 3 levels (like stories) of climbing adventures.
It looked like a lot of fun. The worst part was the blaring English music with terrible lyrics.
Lil & Cade decided to give it a go.
We all sat and watched them as they climbed around for about half an hour. Glad I brought crackers.
Now... for the trip we've been waiting for! A ride to Angel Hospital to see on an ultrasound our baby brother or sister!!
The building in front of Josh's head is the hospital. It's super close to our apartment- about a 5-10 minute "che" ride.
On our way in :).
These are the nurses that took my blood pressure and weight etc. They were taking tons of pictures of the kids, so I asked if I could take a picture of them! It was cuter when they all had their phones out at the same time pointing our way.
Again- youngest to oldest- not my idea.
During the ultrasound I had the chance to call my mom to tell her "It's a boy!" We are all thankful and excited to meet the new little brother!!!
