Burried in Books and Balls

Meet the latest addition to our family, our new electric bike fittingly named by Lily: "Little Boy Blue." Our Christmas present from our folks is finally here! The kids love it and we are also thankful to have a form of transportation... especially since taxis are hesitant to pick up our family of 5!A Surprise Shipment... 3 boxes of books!!!
This was one of me and my sister's favorites when we were little...
My sister asked lots of friends and family to contribute to the piles... we have been reading like crazy around here. With all smiles. THANK YOU SO MUCH to all who sent books with love!
Hmm... how to pick?
This is one of Hadassah's favorite spots.
And one of her favorite positions :)
The Waiting Trio
Dad enjoying some lamb on a stick. It's also one of the kids' favorites.
(yes, those are mountains in the background)
Family Night at the Hot Pot Restaurant... where you yourself can put raw meat and veggies in boiling water and add seasoning to it... mmm!
Lots of families and their kids were getting cabin fever so we decided to spend the day at the indoor pool!
Kitty Hugs
One of Lily's Latest's...
So this is what goes on while mom is getting groceries!!
And a little of this... (Cade's Water Marker Masterpiece)
Mom & Dass
How many more do you think we can fit on the chair??
Hadassah loves this spot by the window. And Lily loves any spot by Hadassah!
Dassah is playing with two large water bottles taped together with toys inside! It was a hit... for about 5 minutes.
Sorting colors in Cadeschool. This activity was a winner... unlike lots of sit at the table and do a worksheet ideas. Boys are a whole different ball game.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY CADE! Caedmon is so excited to hold up one more finger when sharing his age! We had a nice family celebration for his big day. Here he is opening his wrecker ball from GG & Gampy! He also loves his Lincoln Blocks from Ye ye & Nai nai!!
We went to Pizza Hut for lunch...
Then the Play Place! Dass wasn't a big fan of all the balls.

Then we came home to eat 3 car cakes- each with a candel!!

The next day we went to the zoo since the previous day was really cold. Here is a Zebra eating rice cookies, crackers and carrot sticks, right below the sign that says, "No feeding the animals!"

Cade was making such a funny face here.
I'm not sure if I've ever been so close to a camel before!
A little boy feeding the goats
sporting special hats from a friend's hometown
Lil painting her nails all by herself!
And finally... Dassah's 8 month pictures!
(she sat still just long enough to capture the above smile:)
