short & sweet

The best way to read a book
 short and not sweet
We have a gecko hiding in our house somewhere! I keep hearing this chirping/ squeaking sound after all the kids are in bed and the house is quiet... How did this little guy get in, and however will he get out?? (At least the kids are excited to have another pet around... somewhere...:)
the joyful hours and hours spent playing "Memory"
 Like mother like daughter!
Cade & Broady (Gus's new nick name... don't ask)

Josh met this family while he was out one day and invited them over for dinner. It was one of those evenings I think I will remember forever and am so thankful for the blessing of it all. This couple adopted this sweet Chinese boy (who is blind) and were only in China together briefly until reuniting with the rest of their kids. Their story is amazing because the God they serve is amazing.
This month/ season of life has been busy, busy, busy. However, we did find some moments to "Keep Calm and Go to the Pool"!
August at 2 months- content the whole time in the little chair I brought for him :)
More and more in love as the years go by <3 p="">
Out of all the kids, Dass is our water bug. She would swim every day if she could.
Silly Lily & Ornery Olivet (It's just a season. We hope. A long season of 2 year molars making their way in.)

purple lips= time to get out and warm up!
I thought this was the part you are supposed to eat...
The girls got a new doll house from some friends moving back to the states! It's actually a Fischer Price  1999 edition- and still in wonderful shape! What a special treat. Cade got a pogo stick and already hit over 200 jumps in a row!

I love Viv's frown concentration face

Our sweet friends Ella & Callie (& Zane & Jude & their parents) moved to another city :( We miss them lots!
We are borrowing a car from some friends for a couple months while they are in the States. We had to take another ride up to the Botanical Gardens while we had the chance!
(This is August's first time sitting up in the stroller! What a landmark! Even though he doesn't look too thrilled- he was :)
 peace out homes
I can just smell the green tree goodness
There aren't many places around here where it's safe to rollerblade/ ride a "che"- but this is one of them!
 Cades bud
 So much energy!
This path doesn't look that hilly, but wow, once the kids got going, they really cruised.

 Wait for me!

Construction workers sitting really really high up on beams.
Happy Birthday Hadassah! Hadassah turned 5 on Sunday!
 all smiles
