I don't know what else to say but RANDOM central

Another Train Ride
Next stop... New York! I mean... China!
Thanks to some friends, we had a 4th of July feast!
The kids ALWAYS love visitors...
And feel a little frustrated when they have to leave.
I guess that's an owl face, bud
This was the beginning of our forever long planet mobile project. This was also Caedmon's face after we FINALLY finished the project weeks later. Too bad I still haven't taken a picture of the outcome. Someday.
A cool down on a hot day or a warm up on a cool day? I can't remember. We've gone to this heated pool twice. Both times we all had a great time.

This was our attempt at freezer meals. I'm not sure if I'll spend a whole day working on a bunch of meals again, but it was a good experience :).
This picture is for when I'm reminiscing over old pictures of when the kids were little so I don't forget how messy our house got, often.
Cade's football pancake. He got mad when Lily called it a purse.
Viv's last blast in the jumperoo... now it's like an old hat.
My fruit pizza birthday cake... 4th year in a row! Thanks Karis, it tasted as awesome as it looked!
For my birthday we took a bike ride to the "Bird and Flower Market" and had lunch (not bird) and then I got to pick out two plants. It was great to spend time with the family.
That night some girlfriends and I got foot massages and were surprised to see all these people celebrating my 29 years of life! Ha ha. Just kidding. They were dancing like they do every night on the "Walking Street."
Our first bus ride living in this city. Taxis have been really hard to come by but the kids had no complaints.
Especially this one...

Hadassah, this is the "Walking Street," not the "Stand still because your about to have a temper tantrum Street."
Viv's 8 month picture
Fun at the library! These are some kids involved in our "Make a Splash" summer reading program.
Making Paper Boats
Another visit from a sweet friend
We made some pizza and played and played
We had to get a picture... 3 Ergos and 3 smoothies! How much better does it get?
I think this picture looks pretty sweet. But don't let it fool you. I do not recommend the peppermint tea... It had the scent of rye bread for some reason. So if you like rye bread, you might like this tea.
It took all the restraint in them to wait another minute bust out the cookie cutters.
This is what the fourth kid does while the big kids are having fun. Eat green yogurt and then spill it all over her dress :). Good thing she's cute :)
Ta da!
An angel for an angel.

Princesses, Pandas & Puppies

A Fancy Nancy Party! Kayleigh turned 4!
So of course we had to do our hair.
(Hadassah)
And Lily's (Viv's is still too short :)
And our nails!
Not all girl all the time...
Here's one of Lily's annual "Baby Dedication Day" Celebration pictures (Age 5)
(she was being silly pretending the tree was a hat)
(Age 3)
(Age 2)
(6 months)
And here is some of her tallent:
(all on her own initiative!)
(Here is also some of Hadassah's tallent)
This one is my favorite =)
"Mom is a Rock Star"
This is Viv's first time sitting up at the end of May. Now she's crawling all over the place and pulling herself up almost to standing.
Taking it easy after all that work
Viv is 7 months!
Pirate Cade
We had a really fun trip to the zoo. The weather was cool and the people were few. The location was awesome and the animals were fun to watch.
Stand up if Goldilocks ate your porridge...
Dass loved watching all the animals
For $3, Cade & Lil both got to hold a baby Lion

Pew, Stinky Feet!
This Panda is here because of the earthquake at his first home
Hungry tigers waiting to be fed
Seems like the kids enjoyed watching the tigers food more... squawking chickens
The Wild Exibit
(Especially the one with the mustache :)
ANOTHER good bye :(! Our friends Laura (3rd) & Matt and their three kids are heading to another city. Erin (4th) and her family will head back to America this weekend. The rest of us remain :).
A Happy Party... Hadassah's Birthday!
Here is Hadassah "reading" her card/ story from Lily: "Hadassah, this is a story about Hadassah. One day Hadassah went to the park. She was lost. She wanted mom and dad. She really wanted Lily and Caedmon. And she found mom and dad. The end."
Opening Presents
Awesome! A Hadassah size kitchen! (And we can pack it all back up into the bucket)...
Caedmon, the party theme is "puppies" not "monkeys"!
There the puppies go!
Off to get their puppy treats.
We bought this little pool from some friends that moved back to the states. Maybe one of the best purchases ever in Hadassah's book.
This didn't turn out quite how I pictured, but do things ever?
Hadassah looks a bit afraid of it in this picture, but she really liked it.
At least the cake tasted good!
This part was so adorable for me as a parent to watch. The moment we sometimes fear... gift opening. In the past, the opener has been a bit overwhelmed and thanksgiving has appeared to flee for the moment. But not with Hadassah. She was relaxed as could be; I couldn't even get a good picture. She just laid there as kids presented their gifts. And then she delighted in each gift the rest of the day...
